 I paid for your anti-virus software, downloaded it successfully, but have been unable update it because the updater cannot connect to your server.  NOT QUITE WHAT WAS PROMISED I suppose if one wanted an album creation program, it does nicely, but I expected more of what the program promised and didn't deliver. That is the ability to manipulate photos to make them more attractive. If something is accurate and honest in its presentation, I have respect for it. However, I lose all respect for a program that says its one thing, only to find out that it offers very little in actual practice as to its advertising. Nice for an album-oriented program, but bad for its delivery on it's promises.
